At Pixel4Pixel Photography we specialise in wedding photography with a style that is discreet, natural and photojournalistic, capturing special moments and emotions for you to relive in years to come.

We are situated in Cape Town but are available nationwide.

Pixel4Pixel is run by Joachim and Stephan, two experienced photographers.

Having two photographers at your wedding is always a huge plus as your special day gets captured from various angles and in greater detail.

Wedding Photography is so much more than capturing pretty clothes and beautiful faces. It is about emotions, the joy and the love that encapsulates this special day.

Your wedding shoot begins long before the actual wedding day.

To start off, one of us will meet with you in order to address any questions you may have and to do the pre-wedding photo shoot. This pre-wedding shoot is a great way for us to get to know each other, to let you become more comfortable being in front of our cameras, to see how we work and you will have some great photos to include in your wedding story. Shortly before the wedding, if time and circumstances allow, we will either meet again at the venue or one of us will inspect the venue on his own in order to be able to creatively visualize the images.

On the big day the shoot starts about an hour before the ceremony, capturing some of the decor, the venue and guests arriving. If you feel comfortable, we will take some images of you (the bride and/or the groom) getting ready.

During the ceremony we will document these special moments as discreetly as possible within the house rules.

Before the reception we will need about an hour and a half for the couple shoot and all group photos.

The reception is for having fun and this is where we will capture the small special moments, the fun, the joy, the cake cutting, the bouquet throwing and all that goes with it.

For the following days we will be busy processing your memories and getting them ready for print. Soon you will be able to view the photos on our website via a personal link and we will be in touch to discuss the printing if you want us to handle this part as well.

200+ processed images (colour, monochrome, creative antique, sepia) supplied on disc in high resolution, low resolution for emailing and in a slide show.

All images are uploaded to a private page on our website for friends and family to view (up for 3 month).
